I am sitting at the Southfork Landing real estate sales office in Garden Valley, Idaho. It is an amazing spring day that are so common in Garden Valley. Instead of sitting inside the office waiting for Buyers of Real Estate I am sitting outside in the sun and I am loving the sounds, the smells, and the views all around me.
Right next to me there is a creek with the most amazing water sounds..... the sound is so relaxing!

The wildlife are thick on this property. There is an Elk herd that is more than 10o strong and they love to graze on the grasses throughout the property. Deer and Turkey's are just as plentiful. When completed, Southfork Landing will have dedicated an astonishing 61% of its 868 planned developable acres to open space, conservation and wildlife. I work out here at the Southfork Landing sales office frequently...... is this really working? LOL!
